I designed a landing page for Becoming Neptune, a CX training event for a select group of Informa staff. The experience greeted participants as pioneers of Informa’s customer experience future, guiding them to register for a series of workshops. The tone was mysterious and high-concept, designed to spark curiosity and set the stage for a bold, forward-looking journey.

My EMRS
I led the design of a consolidated platform called My EMRS, which brings together two existing systems used by Capacity Providers, CfD generators, and energy suppliers in the UK. The interface makes it simple for users to register and maintain their company and authorised contact details, and for administrators to access and download key settlement and metering data. My aim was to make complex settlement functionality feel approachable and manageable.

Visitors can shop products, explore recipes, or contact the brand about stocking options. The overall tone is warm, welcoming, and rooted in Mediterranean culture.

I made it easy for production teams to understand the facilities and make enquiries quickly. The design balances cinematic flair with practical clarity.

I led the redesign of the DCUSA platform, which communicates a multi‑party energy agreement between licensed electricity distributors, suppliers, and generators in Great Britain. To simplify complex content, I structured the site around tile-based modules that let users track ongoing proposals, updates, and operational resources. The layout is clean and organised for everyday reference. It brings structure to a dense subject, helping users engage with legal and technical information without feeling overwhelmed.
